Controlled Atmosphere Packaging

We have been working with a respected food scientist and her patented process to extend the shelf-life of fresh products. We routinely double and often triple shelf-life using Controlled Atmosphere Packaging (CAP). CAP minimizes oxygen with customized and specific laser perforations unique to the respiratory needs of the product. CAP will effectively extend shelf life and minimize moisture loss while preserving quality and visual appeal.
