Kent Wang, CA
Kent is responsible for our relationships with our suppliers and customers. Kent joined Olaf in 2005 after rising to the level of Director at Loblaw, prior to that he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Kathy Wang
Kathy manages the regulatory compliance, artwork and design of our customer’s packaging. Kathy joined Olaf in 1994. Kathy’s experience and attention to detail make her an invaluable resource to our customers.
Jodi Simmons
Jodi is responsible for the supply chain of our company. She closely watches customer orders, fulfillment and inventories. Jodi has been with Olaf since 1999.
The History of Olaf Packaging
Harold Wang, Founder. Harold founded Olaf Packaging in 1984. Harold was the first to bring the now infamous plastic shopping bag into Western Canada grocery stores, but he was also the first to establish a return and recycle program for those same bags. Harold retired in 2012 and tragically passed away in 2018. His funeral was attended by many of his customers and suppliers. The Calgary Produce Marketing Association awarded the family the Lifetime Contribution Award the following year. Harold’s values are still at the core of our company: trust, loyalty and hard work.
